how’s the weather in Hanoi, Siem reap and Balong in August?

Shaka Labbits asked: Will be traveling there on late july/early august, I am concerned about th recent typhoon outbreaks in Myanmar which I presume is also hovering near Vietnam and Cambodia.
Any locals here can advise on how’s the weather there on July August? Is it a sunny season or rainy season?
